Move Yellow's mission is to offer people who seek for simple moving solutions, a cost-effective option that encompasses all the essential components of a door-to-door move. The service offered already includes blanket wrapping, loading, delivery, and unloading, with the flexibility to add more advanced solutions like packing, furniture handling, multiple stops, and more. Before confirming your move, please take a moment to review the details and familiarize yourself with what is included in your package and what additional services can be added.

Truck Capacity
The suggested amount of belongings/size of home that can fit in each truck size advertised, is an estimate only and does not guarantee that all your belongings will fit in the selected vehicle option. The movers will load the selected vehicle until it reaches its capacity. Additional trips can be ordered at the advertised price through the website. It is recommended that you carefully evaluate your moving needs and choose the appropriate truck size accordingly.

Stairs
Stair climbing is not included in the advertised move price. Each flight of stairs (defined as a staircase with 7 stairs or more) will incur an additional $65 charge, regardless of whether client specified it in the order or if it is discovered upon arrival by the movers.

Beds
Disassembly/reassembly of beds is not included in the advertised move price. It is the client's responsibility to dismantle all beds prior to movers arrival, to ensure it fits through doorways, stairways and/or in elevators. Self handling of beds helps keep the move cost low and ensure a swift transition. Professional disassembly/reassembly of beds is available for an additional fee of $80 per bed (Murphy beds excluded), whether requested in advance or discovered upon movers arrival.

Cabinets
Disassembly/reassembly of large cabinets / bookcases / wardrobes / wall units / entertainment centers / armoires or items of similar size is not included in the advertised move price. It is the client's responsibility to dismantle the above prior to movers arrival, to ensure it fits through doorways, stairways and/or in elevators. Self handling of the above helps keep the move cost low and ensure a swift transition. Professional disassembly/reassembly of the above is available for an additional fee of $150 per item, whether it is requested in advance by the client or identified by the movers upon arrival.

Additional stops:
One pickup and one destination address is covered by the basic cost of any move. Any additional pickup/drop-off stops are not included in the advertised move price and will incur an additional $80 fee per stop. Additional stops must be along the route and in any case no more than 10 miles away from the primary stops.

Packing:
Client is responsible for packing all miscellaneous/loose items (Clothes, Dishes, books Etc.) into cardboard boxes with flaps or plastic bins with a lid before the movers' arrival. While furniture is blanket wrapped at no extra cost, packing services are not included in the advertised move price. If loose items are not packed in boxes upon the movers' arrival, client can choose between leaving them behind or have them packed by the movers at an additional cost as outlined below:

Delays and Fees for Unprepared Items
All items must be prepared prior to the arrival of the movers unless additional handling services have been purchased. This preparation includes packing loose items into boxes, unhooking appliances, removing mirrors, artwork, or AC units from walls, and disassembling furniture or any other activities that may impede or delay the movers' progress. A delay of 30 minutes or more caused by the mentioned reasons will result in a fee of $75. The movers retain the right to decline waiting or providing additional services if their schedule does not permit it.

Special Items
Please note that the following items are considered "special items" and are not included in the advertised move cost. These items will incur an additional charge:
- Pianos: Upright ($195), Baby grand ($250), Grand ($300), Concert ($450).
- Murphy bed ($890).
- Storage, Bunk, Canopy beds ($80).
- Safe weighing 100-300 pounds ($100). Please note that heavier safes will not be moved.

Insurance:
Client is responsible for acquiring additional coverage from a third-party insurance company at their own expense if the provided coverage of $0.60 per pound per article, offered by service providers at no cost as required by law, is deemed insufficient. Move Yellow operates as a moving marketplace and assumes no direct liability towards the client. Understanding Your Moving Process:

The advertised move includes

One trip from pickup to destination address (no back and forth).
Loading of items until the available space in the vehicle is fully utilized.
Free delivery mileage covering up to a 10-mile round trip.
Professional Movers providing a comprehensive door-to-door service.
Blanket wrapping of all furniture for protection.
Coverage of 60 cents per pound per article.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund, minus a $25 processing fee, will be provided for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled move. Failure to cancel within a 24-72 hour timeframe will result in a $100 cancellation fee. Please note that moves canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled move or less are non-refundable.

Order Rejection
Move Yellow reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason. The client will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be issued. Move Yellow will not be liable to provide any compensation in such situations.

Marketplace
Moveyellow, a subsidiary of Real O Estate Inc., operates as a marketplace and sales platform for licensed, insured moving providers in the US. It connects consumers with service providers and collects payments on their behalf. All contracts are signed directly between the client and service provider; any claims or disputes should be directed to the provider listed on the agreement.
Move Yellow does not act as a broker for household goods nor arranges or offers transportation services for such goods. Move Yellow's role is strictly limited to providing an electronic platform where member service providers and users can connect and facilitate a common language for communication between service providers and users. No brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship is intended or deemed to exist between Move Yellow and any service providers, operators, and/or users.

Service Limitations:
The following services will not be provided by Move Yellow and/or any of its service providers:

Hoisting
Moving items suspected to be illegal
Moving firearms or ammunition
Moving chemicals or hazardous materials
Moving pets
Riding to the destination with the moving team.

Credit Card Authorization
Client authorizes Real O Estate Inc. to charge the credit card provided during the booking process for one-time and/or recurring purchases as per the ordered service. The client acknowledges that their credit card and personal information may be securely stored by the merchant for future payments. It is the client's responsibility to promptly update Real O Estate Inc. if the original card becomes invalid, expired, or canceled.
